On April 24, 2015, The
AES Corporation (NYSE: AES) announced that it had declared a
quarterly common stock dividend of 10 cents per share payable May 15,
2015. The second quarter dividend is payable to shareholders of record
at the close of business on May 5, 2015, not May 1, 2015, as previously
announced. There is no change to the payment date of May 15, 2015.
